Winter West Coast Swing Dance

Santa Swings & COPS Benefit

Santa Claus is comin' to P-Town. Kodiak Jacks that is, for an evening of lessons, dancing, mixers, raffle prizes, entertainment and lots of fun. Don't miss this special evening of holiday cheer. In addition to a great time you will be supporting a great cause. A percentage of each ticket as well as the proceeds from the raffle will go to the Concerns of Police Survivors, Inc. Foundation.
 Each year, between 140 and 160 officers are
killed in the line of duty and their families and co-workers are left
to cope with the tragic loss. C.O.P.S. provides resources to help them
rebuild their shattered lives. This fundraiser is to help with the annual Summer Camp for child and parent survivors where this year they will be adding dance as part of their healing process. Click here for website and more information.
Phyllis Loya, a student and very good friend is largely responsible for bringing dance to the already amazing program. She herself is a survivor and many of you know her story. She is a believer that dance lifts your soul and can relieve the pain, even if it is only 3 minutes at a time. She will be attending the Dec 19th event as a representative of Norcal C.O.P.S.
We already have many great prizes you can win in the raffle such as: Jewelry, Wine, Dance Lessons, Dance Shoes and more.
