We are gearing up for our 4th annual progressive Jack & Jill Championships.  The concept began in 2006 at our old Stars location.  We wanted to create a contest venue where not only local talent could be showcased, but where we could encourage new dancers to enter the contest arena.  I'm happy to say that some of our past Newcomer contest participants have gone on to compete in nationally sanctioned events.   Without our contest, this seed may never have been planted. 

This year is even more exciting as we have added additional locations for contestants to qualify.  A colaborative effort with other special bay area instructors and venues makes this a unique coming together, all to promote west coast swing. 

During the week of April 20, through May 1st, contests will be held all over the bay area with a finals on May 3rd.  We are also looking forward to the 1st annual Gene Kashack Top Dog Derby, a contest open to All Stars and Champions with over $1000.00 in prize money.
