Congratulations to Martyn Croft on being named in Silicon.com's Top 50 CIOs list, it's a suitable recognition of his hard work at the Salvation Army and in running the Charities Security Forum. He is, however, the only civil society CIO included in the list. Are our talented IT professionals being ignored or is this symptomatic of the charity sector's unwillingness or inability to keep up with the pace of change?
