Former Superdrug managing director Jim Glover is to become chair of learning disability charity Mencap, succeeding Brian Baldock who is stepping down after 12 years in the role. Jim begins on 18 May and can be contacted at jim.glover@mencap.org.uk as of that date. |

TV personality Lionel Blair has confirmed his patronage to the British Polio Fellowship. He will work with the Fellowship to raise the charity's profile and generate funding to continue supporting its members.
