Access UK, the supplier behind Dimensions and Horizons software, is set for major growth following a £50m venture capital deal.  Orange has launched its volunteering app with 12 charities.  And Paul Webster, whose job as regional ICT champion project manager ended last week when its funding from Capacitybuilders ran out, has warned that social networking use by charities will decline as a result of jobs like his being cut.
 

Orange launches Do Some Good volunteering app 

Mobile phone provider Orange has teamed up with 12 UK charities to create an app which enables people to volunteer through their mobile phone for the first time.
