Greetings!

It's Budget week and there is no shortage of stuff happening: Stephen Lloyd has spent the past year developing a new legal structure to boost social investment; the Accounting Standards Board has published its proposed standard for public benefit entities, and the Wellcome Trust is hoping the Olympics will enable it to almost double its property portfolio.
