Greetings!


The NCVO and several other umbrella bodies have combined to monitor public spending cuts across the sector on a new website that already lists £3.7m worth of cuts. Navca members are feeling the practical brunt of the cuts as redundancies loom at their organisations. But charities' work must go on, and Save the Children is hoping to connect with a younger audience with its new three-year campaign that aims to reduce child mortality in developing countries.

Save the Children has launched what it describes as its most ambitious campaign ever, in a bid to prevent eight million children dying each year from preventable causes.
