Greetings!

The Cabinet Office under the coalition government has proved itself to be little better than it was under Labour when it comes to abiding by the Compact, as NCVO, CFDG and Compact Voice have highlighted over the new Commissioning Green Paper.  There are also some interesting findings in the latest Charity Commission staff survey, and a new ten-point plan from DCMS to boost giving to arts.
