The new Charity Commission chief certainly caused a stir with his speech at Charity Finance Live earlier this week, as Navca's Kevin Curley describes one of his comments as 'technocratic nonsense'.  Also, Nick Hurd insists the Commission's representatives have never suggested that the cuts they have to swallow will affect their ability to carry out their core functions.
