'Ring, ring!' 'Who's there?'... Well, according to the Charity Commission it's most likely to be a trustee, with a whopping 70 per cent of all calls to its offices coming from board members. Around half of these fall into five subject areas - could they include the following: What is the Big Society? According to a Mori poll, the majority of voters don't know the answer to that question. They'll never know if they don't attend the meetings though, will they?
