Greetings!

Some sobering results from three surveys about financial confidence - if the numbers are to be believed then around two-thirds of charities are expecting a rough ride over the next year.  Meanwhile NPC's Martin Brookes is stirring things up by kickstarting a debate about whether all charities are equally worthy of donations, and suggesting that if they're not, then they and their donors shouldn't all be subject to equivalent tax regimes.
