Greetings!

The Commission for the Compact has been busy - it's back with a new draft Compact just a few months after relaunching it last time, apparently to fit in with the new government's priorities and take account of the forthcoming spending review. Some encouraging news on the philanthropy front - CAF's payroll giving service is processing more than twice as many donations now as it did ten years ago - yet more than half of UK employees still don't have access to a payroll giving scheme.
