Greetings! 

Lots of news from Scotland today: the regulator has found no evidence of deliberate misconduct in a fundraising campaign that raised £60,000 from a £500,000 investment, and the Lloyds TSB Foundation for Scotland is to sue its benefactor the Lloyds Banking Group after being awarded a fraction of the cash it believes it is due.
