Greetings!

You'll notice that Civil Society Governance eNews is becoming more regular. This is because there is simply too much important news going on in this dynamic sector to cram it all into one monthly bulletin, and we want to keep you up-to-date with the news as it happens.

From now on you'll receive a weekly email containing the week's most important governance stories. This week we lead with a story about Lloyds TSB Foundation Scotland which, after receiving just 11 per cent of the £3.5m allegedly due from its benefactors' pre-tax profits, is preparing to bite back: Lloyds Banking Group now face a heavy day in court to settle the long running dispute. We also provide a model document to guide you into setting up your own trading company.
