Greetings! The humble chugger has finally come in from the cold - the PFRA says that from now on it will use the word in dialogue with stakeholders "when appropriate". About time too. Though to be fair to the Association, it has been using it in various circumstances for ages now, but today's official position statement endorsing the word is very welcome.
