If God is like a "taverner" who has the best wine, then we find ourselves, quite frankly, drinking sub-par well-water out of a hose off the back of the pub. In life, we'll hold on to so many things tightly. The promise of the Bible is to be settled to your core by a relationship with God will have you unlocking your arms from all sorts of attractions and distractions. It will be like finally finding The Good Thing that satisfied the way all the other things failed.  If there is any chance of your own discovery of that Good Thing, then City Life Church wants to be helpful to you.
