"Anything less than five minutes to fall asleep at night means you're sleep-deprived. The ideal is between 10 and 15 minutes, meaning you're still tired enough to sleep deeply, but not so exhausted you feel sleepy by day."
@ 10:30am Where in your life is there a rhythm of rest? When do you let your body and mind have a break? Amidst the pull we all feel towards a hurried and worried life, in order for someone to have a regular rhythm of rest one needs to have some confidence that "my world will be okay while I momentarily take a break from running it." That kind of underlying truth is exactly what Psalm 23 is getting at when it says "he makes me lie down in green pastures."
