"I'll sleep when I'm dead."

-- Lady GaGa,
-- Stockholm, May 7, 2010

"Anything less than five minutes to fall asleep at night means you're sleep-deprived. The ideal is between 10 and 15 minutes, meaning you're still tired enough to sleep deeply, but not so exhausted you feel sleepy by day."

Sunday Worship Service

@ 10:30am

Where in your life is there a rhythm of rest? When do you let your body and mind have a break? Amidst the pull we all feel towards a hurried and worried life, in order for someone to have a regular rhythm of rest one needs to have some confidence that "my world will be okay while I momentarily take a break from running it." That kind of underlying truth is exactly what Psalm 23 is getting at when it says "he makes me lie down in green pastures."

From wherever you are on the spiritual spectrum, City Life invites you to find our community to be a safe place for exploring your connection to God.
