It is incredibly common to lump Christianity with every other way of working yourself up the mountain to get God finally on your side, or to earn your spiritual victory. But the good news of Christianity has always been unique on this exact point: that God moved down towards you, to give you the healing, forgiveness and restoration your heart longs for. What does the Christian faith ask of you? Only to trust the truth of this love which God has shown to you.
