"Easter confronts us with a historical event set in time. We are faced with a story of an empty tomb, of a small group of men and women who were at one stage hiding for their lives and at the next were brave enough to face the full judicial persecution of the Roman Empire and proclaim their belief in a risen Christ."

Easter Sunday Worship Service

@ 10:30am

You are invited to spend an hour or so with City Life Church this Easter, listening in from whatever point of belief you find yourself. The ancient path of following Jesus became widely traveled because of the credible story of his resurrection from the dead.

To quote N.T. Wright: "Far and away the best historical explanation [for the rise of the early church] is that Jesus of Nazareth, having been thoroughly dead and buried, really was raised to life on the third day." It turns out, it is this same fact that propels the Christian hope that God really does plan to put our world back together again, in ways you already long to see it fixed.

Whether you are hesitant or eager to hear what historic Christianity has to offer our world today, I invite you to come and be our guest on Sunday morning, and join us for lunch afterward at noon.
