@ 10:30am Amanda Knox was stunned today when the judge read the verdict: guilty. Sentence? 26 years in prison. Reports say the 22-year-old was more nervous going to the courtroom on "judgment day," and that after her sentencing she was heard wailing as they took her away.
With some people today picturing a similar dynamic playing out with the God of the Bible, a fair question to ask is: "Can there be any good that comes from seeing God as an ultimate judge?"
We'll consider this issue in our service on Sunday--the 2nd week of Advent. Whether you are hesitant or eager to enter a church on Sunday morning, we want you to find City Life to be a safe place to explore faith.
