Memorial Day

Memorial Day Parade  
 
 

This annual parade, a major community event, is schedule for Monday morning, May 28, 10:00a-11:00a. The parade route is Dixie Highway from Sashabaw Road to Walton Boulevard. Plan to arrive early to find a great spot to view the parade. 

If you feel adventuresome, join the Friends of the Library, library staff and your neighbors as walkers/riders with our entry in the annual parade. You can find us in the staging area at Burke Lumber, Section TBD. Remember the deadline to be at Burke's to join us is 9:30a. You can sign up at the Children's Desk before Memorial Day or ou can just drop by before 9:30a that morning.
