TPastor Simon Akpolu  | he news on Pastor Simon continues to be encouraging. Here is an email we received today from one of his doctors in Accra:
Dear Dr. Roy ...
Pastor Simon is being moved to the physical therapy ward today. The neurosurgeons are convinced that he would make a complete recovery on the physiotherapy and as such will not subject him through the stress of surgery. They explained that surgery is usually the last resort due to the many complications that it is associated with. He has been discharged to the physiotherapy department where they will continue with the management of his condition. At the moment, I don't know how long he is going to be there, but will let you know as soon as I have the information.
He is able to stand but not for long without support. He is uses the Zimmer frame but with some difficulty since the grip of his right hand hasn't recovered fully. The only other problem is that, he developed some bed sores due to his continuous stay in bed but that is being treated now.
I was unable to upload the pictures I took of him. I will get them to you as soon as I can.
