Pastor Simon Akpulo injured in Accident
This afternoon we learned that our Assistant Director for GEM Ghana was severely injured in an automobile accident in Ghana. Details are sketchy at this time, but our Director, Rev. Sammy Lartey has told us that the immediate concern is for Simon's survival through the night.
Initial information tells us that Simon was traveling from his morning church service to a remote village preaching point when the single vehicle accident occurred. While Sammy has been able to travel to the hospital in Akosombo to see Simon, doctors have decided that he needs to be transported to Accra when more serious conditions can be treated.
Please pray for God's protection and healing for Simon. More details will follow.
