Operation Vietnam Update
Our recent ministry in Vietnam yielded tremendous results! While not as evangelistic in emphasis as most of our other projects, this one was blessed by the Lord in wonderful ways.
The major thrust of this project was our participation in three different leadership conferences with national pastors, deacons, and other church leaders who serve churches in Vietnam. It was evident from all those in attendance that the Biblical teaching and ministry training was both appreciated and needed.
In addition to our work in these conferences we were able to lead in evangelistic endeavors which included an open-air "crusade-type" venue, church services, and even some street evangelism. All-in-all we were blessed to witness over 400 individuals indicate their personal decision to trust Christ as their Lord and Savior.
One of the most exciting parts of the project was when we had the opportunity to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ with three young college students standing on the grounds of the great Buddhist temple in Ho Chi Min City. Click here to read the entire story.
This encounter reminded us all that God is completely in control and will always give us opportunities to share His glorious gospel with people. When the love of Jesus is in your heart, God will always give you an audience to share His love!
Thank you for all of your prayers for our project to Vietnam. You should have received updates while we were away. You can read all of these updates online by clicking here.

Straight From My Heart ... Dr. Roy D. Mason, Jr. Founder and President
O magnify the Lord with me and let us exalt His name together!
It
seems like everyday brings with it a new opportunity to join God in
what He is doing around us. I never tire of seeing the new
opportunities for service to the King. These are indeed exciting days
in the Kingdom of God.
I hope you are constantly discovering new
avenues of service and ministry as we live in the times of constant
change. The world is certainly changing every day. Now remember,
change can be good ... but change can be bad. It's good to change our
socks ... it's bad to change our allegiance.
Without a doubt
our nation was founded upon Christian principles and throughout our
history there has always been unapologetic reference to our trust in
the God of creation and salvation. Today, we continue to see that even
the slightest reference to God is being stricken from the public
square. National and World leaders now, rightly say, that America is
NOT a Christian nation. We have changed our allegiance,
It is
imperative for you, as a true child of reaffirm your allegiance to the
Lord Jesus Christ. It is time for you to stand, without apology on the
foundation of the Living Word of God. It is time for you to boldly
share with your friends and foes the Good News of Jesus Christ.
Thank
you for your continued interest in what God is doing through the work
of Global Evangelism Ministries. Until Jesus comes, I remain
Yours, in the fulfilling of the Great Commission,

Summer Financial Reminder
Please remember to pray for Global Evangelism Ministries and our financial needs. Typically, June and July are our two weakest months in regards to contributions received.
This, compounded by the already lagging gifts due to the current economy, remind us again of our absolute dependence upon our Heavenly Father for His provision.
We thank God for each person who supports this ministry on a regular basis and those who give on a need basis as well. We are trusting God to lead some of you to give a DOUBLE PORTION this month to help is with the on-going expenses of our ministry.
