Are you ready for Christmas? I'm sure the tree has been decorated, the candles placed in the windows, and the plans have been made for your Christmas dinner. That wonderful day is almost here. But wait a minute ...
Are your gifts all wrapped? What about the most important gift? What about the gift to those you love the most? The days are drawing closer to Christmas and to the end of the year 2007.
On behalf of our Global Evangelism Ministries family, we hope that you will know the true joy and peace of this season and we pray that this will be the most blessed Christmas in the life of you and your family!
During the days of Christmas it is important to think about the gift that God gave the world. When we pause to think about the glorious gift of Lord Jesus, we are compelled to share Jesus this Christmas in every way possible! With your help, we will be able to embark on our most energetic year ever in ministry.
As this year draws to a close, it's an opportunity for you, as our partner in the Gospel, to help as we face an important challenge - the need of over $50,000 in donations (this month) to finish our year strong and enter the New Year with the financial provision that meets our immediate ministry needs. We hope you will prayerfully give and help GEM launch forward with new opportunities to tell more people about Jesus Christ around the globe.
We are not using this time to "catch-up" but to aggressively face 2008 with the financial resources to touch thousands of individuals in Ghana, Romania, and The Czech Republic with the glorious Gospel of Jesus Christ. We, like virtually all ministries like ours, receive a larger portion of our gifts at the end-of-the-year, which enable us to enter the financially lean months of January and February with the resources necessary to move forward.
While there are certainly many ministries calling for your attention at this time of the year, we believe GEM is worthy of your attention. Since 2001 we have witnessed over 282,400 individuals indicate their first-time decision to follow Christ through our preaching projects around the world. GEM is faithfully fulfilling our God-given task. We are taking the gospel into the world, especially those places others have forgotten.
 On behalf of our team members around the world, I would like to express our deep appreciation for all you have done to help us in our ministry.
We praise the Lord for all that He has allowed us to do around the world. We do want to let you know that we do need your help so please send a gift as God prompts your heart.
