SETAI PH-B SELLS FOR $15,000,000
Well, just when we reported that the real estate market is getting some new life, we have yet another indication of the return to luxury buying. The Setai's famous PH-B closed this week for $15,000,000, just over $2400/sf. This now tops the Zilbert Report of the highest condo sales in Miami Beach in the past 5 years or so (
http://www.zilbert.com/100_most_expensive_sales.asp). This is also on the heels of the Fontainebleau penthouse sale at $9,000,000 in May 2010, as well as One Bal Harbour, also in May 2010 at $8,700,000.
