Dear Family and Friends!
I have just arrived back home in California after a 4 day visit to the Lakeland Revival in Florida. The last few days have been some of the most powerful I have experienced as a believer. Todd Bentley of "Freshfire Ministries" has now been conducting daily meetings for over 4 weeks. What started in a 1200 seater church in Lakeland is now in the 9000 Lakeland Center. On Friday evening the event moves to a local baseball stadium that will seat 11000+ people. Each evening remarkable miracles are being demonstrated and many are giving their lives to the Lord as the presence of God continues to invade thousands of lives, it is incredible to be in a genuine atmosphere of revival. A prophetic word from a number of years ago, declared that stadiums would be filled across the land as God revealed His awesome power, many would be healed, saved and raised from the dead.....we are now living in the days of Joel's army!
I have never felt such a sense of destiny in my own life and what God has called us to. On Tuesday evening all the ministry leaders from California were prayed for by Todd, the presence came on me and I fell to the floor, for the next 5-6 hours I could hardly walk as I experience fresh anointing coming and resting on me. I was wrecked, to quote Heidi Baker! He was resting on me, it was totally overwhelming, I had to be carried back to my seat and then helped back to the hotel room, it was an amazing encounter and fresh impartation on my life. My only choice was to surrender to His Presence!
Gunilla and I have come through one of the toughest times in our lives over the last 3 years and now fresh oil is being poured out and all that has gone before is simply a preparation for what is about to break loose. On May 10th 1940 Winston Churchill become Prime Minister of Britain at the age of 65, stated in his journal, "all my life was a preparation for this moment". A few weeks ago while watching the documentary on Churchill's life I cried as I heard this statement, becuase the same is true for all our lives. It is so significant that God has our ministry based out of California for such a time as this. We blessed and humbled to have the privileged to live in such times and look forward with excitement to the days ahead. As Bobby Conner rightly says what God is doing is all about His Love!
