Andy Warhol: Pop Politics is a traveling show, organized by the Currier Museum of Art in Manchester, NH & Andy Warhol: Snapshots, which has been organized by the Neuberger, from a recent gift of over 150 Warhol photographs!
Andy Warhol: Pop Politics, an exhibition organized by the Currier Museum of Art in Manchester, New Hampshire, will be on view at the Neuberger Museum of Art | Purchase College from February 15 through April 26, 2009. The show offers a probing and entertaining look through the eyes of America's most famous Pop artist at the political leaders who shaped the last century. More than sixty of Warhol's paintings, prints, drawings, and photographs of these individuals will be displayed together for the first time.

The images in Snapshots have been selected from an extraordinary gift of over one hundred and fifty photographs given to the Neuberger Museum of Art by the Andy Warhol Foundation for the Visual Arts.
In conjunction with the show, the Neuberger Museum of Art has planned the following programs: Art Sandwiched-In, Wednesday, February 18, noon. Book-Signing and Talk, Thursday, March 5, 6:30 pm. Family First Saturday, Saturday, May 2, 1-4 pm.
