Rob & I feeding a cub - Phuket  Greetings!

We all had a fantastic holiday in Phuket.  If you go to Phuket make sure you go to see the Play FantaSea and the theme park.  The play was the best thing I have ever seen.  This is a picture of Rob & I feeding a cub at the FantaSea theme park.

Allergy Tonic
AlbizziaThis tonic was designed in 1994.
I had developed hyves after having antibiotics antibiotics when I was about 28.  After developing the hyves I started having food allergies and sinus problems.  In clinic I use this tonic for all sorts of allergies.  Eczema, Sinus, Hyves, Irritable Bowel, Gluten allergy and much more.  A good tonic at this time of year.

Ingredients

Albizzia

Albizzia is one of my personal favourites when allergies are an issue.  Early studies show some protection against histamine and acetylcholine induced bronchoconstrition.  Another series of studies has been done which show the effects of Albizzia on the allergy mechanism and the following results were observed.

A Stabilizing effect on mast cells

The early processes of sensitisation were inhibited

Levels of allergy-inducing antibodies were depressed

The herb significantly decreased serum cholesterol

T-lymphocyte activity and possibly B-lymphocyte activity were depressed

Albizzia had a 75% protective effect against anaphylactic shock in guinea pigs.

Oxygen Enhancing Diet

Oxygen is the principal element of sanitation.  It purifies the blood, strengthens the lungs and improves the brain.

A good supply of oxygen supply in the lungs, blood and tissues fosters radiant health, and strong healthy tissues e.g. arteries strong, muscles flexible, eyes bright, skin looks healthy, gait is springy, mind is positive, emotions uplifted, temperament is enthusiastic, metabolism and digestion run better.

Chlorophyll foods are high in oxygen

Chlorophyll and haemoglobin are chemically very similar.

In humans the metallic atom is Iron, while in plants it is magnesium which is in chlorophyll.

Assimilation and utilization of nutrients are improved by oxygen.

Vegetation in the form of edible food as we know and recognize it produces life and vital energy by feeding on air, water and sunlight.

This process is assisted by the chemicals or nutrients in the soil and transferred to the plant, which in turn we assimilate when we eat.

Many nutrients are know to us now, however there are many more which are not know at this time.  This in my mind is why we cannot take a vitamin or mineral tablet and expect we are getting all we need; simply you can't put all the nutrition from an apple into a pill, because science cannot name them all, let alone make them.

And this is why I recommend Juice Plus+ as it is only fruit and veg in a capsule visit my web site for the latest research on Juice Plus+

Juice Plus+ is an easy way to boost your daily intake of raw fruit & veg.

Currently the World Health Organisation recommends 13 serves per day of raw, vine ripened fruit & veg.  How many do or can you eat in a day.  No wonder our health suffers - we are all starved of good nutrition.

In this diet the most important aspect is to have a high daily intake of chlorophyll.

Chlorophyll, the green coloured element in food plants depends upon iron and is necessary for plants to manufacture different food elements such as plant carbohydrates, sugars and minerals.  Iron and oxygen are inseparable for proper body functioning.

Germanium, a semi-conductor of electrical impulse chemistry is necessary for the stimulus in body fluids.  Germanium is a trace element that raises the activity of various organs, as germanium attracts more oxygen allowing wastes to be eliminated.

A few plants carry this organic germanium are all chlorophyll rich foods including green, leafy vegetables, garlic, ginseng, comfrey and aloe-vera.

Pectin, found in many ripe fruits, allows a third more oxygen to the blood.

Malic acid carries it's own life-giving oxygen.  It delivers organic oxygen to the tissues.

Iron foods are of prime importance in attracting oxygen.
