On rising It is essential to start the digestive system gently first thing. A bit like warming up a car first thing in the morning. Prepare a warm drink of:

Take 20ml of apple cider vinegar. this is fantastic at neutralising the body's pH thus reducing Arthritic pain.

Breakfast 1.
Banana supreme
1-2 bananas 2 desert spoons honey 1 desert spoon sunflower seeds 1 teaspoon butter Small amount of grated ginger. Gently heat butter in frypan and add sunflower seeds and grated ginger. When brown add honey to pan. Heat, pour Over sliced banana.
You may add cream or yoghurt.
2. Any seasonal fruit i.e. Fig, apple, pear, currants and decicated coconut with natural yoghurt.
3. Banana smoothie 1-2 bananas 100 ml yoghurt ½ teaspoon agar-agar gelatine powder 1-2 teaspoon honey 1 cup soy milk 1 cup water ¼ teaspoon kelp powder ¼ teaspoon slippery elm powder Place all ingredients in jug and blend. you may add these ingredients to your Juice Plus Complete just forget the water and use soy milk
