Breaky is the most important meal of the day
On rising It is essential to start the digestive system
gently first thing on rising. A bit like warming up a car
first thing in the morning. Prepare a warm drink of: 1.
Lemon & honey or 2. Orange & honey or 3. Grapefruit
& honey or 4. Herbal tea & honey or 5. Orange juice
freshly juiced 6. Prune juice Hot citrus Slice ½ a
citrus in ½ cm rings, place in cup, Juice the other
half, pour in cup, Add honey to suite your taste, Pour
on hot water, let stand for a minute. · Take 20ml of
apple cider vinegar. · If you are taking slippery elm
powder, take it now. · Drink citrus drink. · Take
herbal tonic now if you have one. · Take a very small
whole garlic (swallow) - to lubricate the bowel.
I have been having my Juice Plus Complete in my
Oats in the morning it's delicious. Don't forget if you
are worried about getting the flu simply increase your

Breakfast 1. Banana supreme 1-2 bananas 2 desert
spoons honey 1 desert spoon sunflower seeds 1
teaspoon butter Small amount of grated ginger.
Gently heat butter in frypan and add sunflower seeds
and grated ginger. When brown add honey to pan.
Heat, pour Over sliced banana. May add cream or
yoghurt. 2. Any seasonal fruit i.e. Fig, apple, pear,
currants and decicated coconut with natural yoghurt.

teaspoon agar-agar gelatine powder 1-2 teaspoon
honey 1 cup soy milk 1 cup water ¼ teaspoon kelp
powder ¼ teaspoon slippery elm powder Place all
ingredients in jug and blend. you may add these

BODYWORK:
Therapy is recommended when the body is in stasis
{stagnant} or blocked.
Movement is vital to the body. Bodywork moves
tissues from the skin, blood vessels, fatty layer,
muscles both superficial and deep as well a bones
and there membranes. Old cramps and tension known
as Body Armor is also removed. These old restrictive
cellular patterns interfear with the circulation of free
movement in the body. Blood circulation, Lymphatic
Fluids and Intestinal Fluid flow is also restricted.
These old restrictive tissue patterns produce
congested Lymphatic Glands which effect the
circulation of the immune cells and the correct flow
of fats in the body.
Restricted circulation means that an excess of toxins,
acids and gases build up in the tissues, muscles and
body fluids. Also when metabolism drops all functions
and systems in the body slow down.
Deficientcies affecting the Thyroid Gland can result
in a kind of depression. The answer to this problem is
movement in the form of bodywork, exercise,

masage performed on the whole body excluding the
genitals. Reflexology, Accupressure, Ting Points,

Half body sessions are $55.00 and take 1 hour.
Area work.
This work is only suggested if the area is giving a
problem.For example : back pain, neck pain, heavy

30 minute area work will cost you $45.00.
