Shabbat from the Inside Out
Yoga and Meditation for the Jewish Spirit

What is it like to experience Shabbat peace and rest in your body and mind?
Using gentle yoga postures, breathe and simple meditation we will explore the spaciousness of a Shabbat late summer afternoon.

No previous yoga or meditation experience is necessary. Just an open and curious mind and heart. Wear loose fitting clothing. Bring a yoga mat or meditation cushion if you have one.
