PETER SUMMERVILLE: "The team dynamic is phenomenal. Everyone wants to have fun, but at the same time we also want to live up to our team mission statement, which is Relentless Development (RD). We have made great strides as a team to find that balance so far, but we still have a ways to go in order to reach our full potential."
