Kick-Off Weekend Coming Up

The 2012 Santa Clara Baseball Kick-Off Weekend is coming up in just three weeks. On February 3-5, the Bronco baseball program will begin the season with a weekend of festivities to celebrate the past and present of SCU Baseball. All friends of the program are invited and the baseball program expects a great turnout at all the events.

On Friday, February 3, the Broncos will host their first ever Bocce Ball Tournament at Campo Di Bocce in Los Gatos. This is the biggest fundraiser of the year for the program, and spots are filling up fast. Please click here to get more details and to register for the event. RSVP by January 23 to reserve your spot!

On Saturday, February 4, the 2012 Bronco baseball team will play against participating alumnae of the program. The Alumni Game begins at 1:00pm at Stephen Schott Stadium. Gates open at 10:00am so fans, alumnae, families, and friends of the program can watch the homerun derby and pre-game festivities. For more details about the Alumni Game, please click here.

On Super Bowl Sunday (February 5), the Bronco baseball staff has organized a golf outing for our die-hard golfers. This will not be a fundraiser (our cost is your cost), but the staff will score it like a tournament and award a few prizes. The tee times will be consecutive and begin at 8:00am at Cinnabar Hills Golf Club in San Jose. For more details about the golf outing, and to reserve your spot, please click here. RSVP by January 23 to reserve your spot.
