The City of Greenville is requesting SEALED BIDS for the abatement and disposal of hazardous material from, and the demolition and disposal of the structure located at 320 S. Hudson Street. Contractor is to provide all material, equipment, labor, facilities, services and testing necessary to perform demolition and disposal of all debris from the Project site.  Contractor is responsible for complying to all items on the Erosion Prevention and Sediment Control and Site Details plans located within the bid packet.

 

A pre-bid conference will be held at 2:00 P.M. ET, May 14, 2012 at 320 S. Hudson Street, Greenville, SC 29601.  This will be the only opportunity to access the building.  Attendance is strongly advised.

Sealed Bids will be received in the City of Greenville's Purchasing Division, until 2:00 P.M.
