The City of Greenville Design Review Board - Urban Design Panel will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, May 3, 2012 at 4:30 pm in the 1st floor conference room at City Hall, to consider the following applications:

CA 12-27.  Request of Civitas, Inc. for approval of materials for the renovation of Piazza Bergamo located at N. Main Street

CA 12-90. Request of Harper Corporation to install one wall sign and one monument sign located at 205 E. Broad Street.

CA 12-92. Request of Garfield Signs to install one face-lit channel letter wall sign and one projecting sign located at 21 S. Main Street.

CA 12-93. Request of Tom Croft to construct a new residential apartment complex located at 121 Rhett Street.

Documents relating to these applications are available for review online at greenvillesc.gov and in the Planning & Development Office on the 5th floor of City Hall, 206 S. Main St., Greenville, between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.  You may contact the Planning & Development Office at (864) 467-4476 for more information.  You will have the opportunity to voice your comments at the public hearing.  Written comments, emailed to mmcclendon@greenvillesc.gov, must be received no later than the day before the public hearing to be presented to the Board.  Please reference the application number on all correspondence.
