The City of Greenville Design Review Board - Neighborhood Panel will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, May 3, 2012 at 4:00 pm in the 1st floor conference room at City Hall, to consider the following applications:
CA 12-65. Request of Robert Bertinelli to install a shed at the rear of the property located at 4 Barrett Street. (Heritage District)
CA 12-71. Request of Ruth Neville and Daniel Koppelman to construct an addition to the rear of the house located at 118 Vannoy Street. (East Park District)
CA 12-81. Request of Bishops Custom Builders to relocate an existing accessory structure to a location closer to an existing rear deck and to add onto the accessory structure located at 314 Hampton Avenue.

Main St., Greenville, between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. You may contact the Planning & Development Office at (864) 467-4476 for more information. You will have the opportunity to voice your comments at the public hearing. Written comments, emailed to mmcclendon@greenvillesc.gov, must be received no later than the day before the public hearing to be presented to the Board. Please reference the application number on all correspondence.
