The City of Greenville is requesting SEALED BIDS for the Westview Avenue Culvert Improvements project in accordance with the SCDOT Standard Specifications for Highway Construction, Edition 2007, City of Greenville Special Provisions, etc.

 

A pre-bid conference will be held at 2:00 P.M. ET, May 1, 2012 in the First Floor Conference Room of City Hall, 206 South Main St., Greenville, SC 29601.  Attendance is strongly advised.

 

A Certified Check, Cashier's Check or Bid Bond in the amount of FIVE PERCENT (5%) of the bid made payable to the City of Greenville will be required to accompany each bid.  Performance and Payment Bonds required of successful bidder after acceptance of offer by City.

Sealed Bids will be received in the City of Greenville's Purchasing Division, until 2:00 P.M. ET, May 15, 2012.  At said place and time, and promptly thereafter, all sealed bids that have been duly received will be publicly opened and read aloud.   Telegraphic, telephone or facsimile bids will not be accepted.
