The City of Greenville Design Review Board - Urban Panel will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, April 5, 2012 at 4:30 pm in the 1st floor conference room at City Hall, to consider the following applications:

CA 11-127.  Request of McMillan Pazdan Smith Architecture for approval of final colors for the building under construction located at 100 East Washington Street.

CA 12-56.  Request of Casey Beacham to install a new sign package and to replace awnings for the Erwin Penland buildings located at 131 Falls Street and 125 East Broad Street.

CA 12-69.  Request of Jerry Ng to install a projecting sign on the building located at 21 East Washington Street.
