The City of Greenville Design Review Board - Neighborhood Panel will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, April 5, 2012 at 4:00 pm in the 1st floor conference room at City Hall, to consider the following applications:

CA 12-70.  Request of Highland Homes to construct a new house and accessory structure on a lot located on Atwood Street (TMS # 12-1-18).  (Heritage District)

CA 12-82.  Request of Terrance Sherman to reconstruct the front porch and to add a rear deck to the house located at 1604 East North Street. (Overbrook District)

Documents relating to these applications are available for review online at greenvillesc.gov and in the Planning & Development Office on the 5th floor of City Hall, 206 S.
