The City of Greenville Design Review Board - Urban Panel will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, March 1, 2012 at 4:30 pm in the 3rd floor conference room at City Hall, to consider the following applications:
CA 12-10. Request of McMillan Pazdan Smith Architecture to install a permanent trellis with retractable canvas awning on an existing roof-top terrace located at 22A East Court Street.
CA 12-08. Request of Joy Steverson to modify the roof material of a previously approved roof terrace enclosure located at 18 South Main Street. The terrace faces Laurens Street.
CA 12-27. Request of Civitas, Inc. to renovate Piazza Bergamo, including portions of Laurens Street and Main Street; and to make streetscape improvements on Main Street and West Washington Street.
CA 12-34. Request of Jeff French to replace an internally-illuminated wall sign located at 531 S Main Street.
CA 12-37. Request of Boy Scout Troop 9 install a non-illuminated wall sign on the side of the building located at 213 College Street.
CA 12-40. Request of Sign Crafters to install 1 wall sign, new awning and window graphics on the building located at 640 S Main Street.
CA 12-41. Request of Commercial Engraving to install several wall and projecting signs for Proaxis Therapy and other tenants in the building located at 103 N. Main Street.
CA 12-46. Request of 'Wool Over Your Eyes' to install a projecting sign at 24 W North Street.
CA 12-42. Request of Artisphere to install a sculpture along the Reedy River near the Main Street bridge.
