The City of Greenville is requesting SEALED BIDS from qualified contractors for the installation of mulch and granular herbicides in several large areas along highways and streets. The project consists of, but is not limited to applying mulch in planting beds and tree wells.  Mulch lines are to be clean and consistent with existing beds, tree wells should be mulched so that tree trunk flair is not covered. Much should be 3" from base of trees.  The contractor will be responsible for traffic control in accordance with SCDOT Standard Specifications for Highway Construction, Edition 2007.
