The City of Greenville Design Review Board - Urban Design Panel will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, February 2, 2012 at 4:00 pm in the 3rd floor conference room at City Hall, to consider the following applications:


CA 12-23.  Request of Valley City Sign to approve a sign package for Fifth Third Bank located at 33 South Main Street.


CA 12-24.  Request of DP3 Architects to renovate the façade of the building located at 209 South Main Street.  The application includes two wall signs.


CA 12-27.  Request of Civitas, Inc. to renovate Piazza Bergamo, including portions of Laurens Street and Main Street; and to make streetscape improvements on Main Street and West Washington Street.


Documents relating to these applications are available for review online at greenvillesc.gov and in the Planning & Development Office on the 5th floor of City Hall, 206 S. Main St., Greenville, between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.  You may contact the Planning & Development Office at (864) 467-4476 for more information. 

You will have the opportunity to voice your comments at the public hearing.  Written comments, emailed to mmcclendon@greenvillesc.gov, must be received no later than the day before the public hearing to be presented to the Board.  Please reference the application number on all correspondence.
