The City of Greenville Design Review Board - Neighborhood Panel will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, February 2, 2012 at 5:00 pm in the 3rd floor conference room at City Hall, to consider the following applications:
CA 12-26. Request of O'Leary Cole, Inc. to construct a new house and accessory structure on a lot located on Neal Street, just off Townes Street (TMS # 9-4-11.2). (Heritage District)
Documents relating to these applications are available for review online at greenvillesc.gov and in the Planning & Development Office on the 5th floor of City Hall, 206 S. Main St., Greenville, between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. You may contact the Planning & Development Office at (864) 467-4476 for more information.
You will have the opportunity to voice your comments at the public hearing. Written comments, emailed to mmcclendon@greenvillesc.gov, must be received no later than the day before the public hearing to be presented to the Board. Please reference the application number on all correspondence.
