The City of Greenville, South Carolina is requesting SEALED proposals from qualified consulting firms for the purposes of developing and implementing bank stabilization and ecological restoration activities. The proposed project is located in Cleveland Park and consists of multiple bank restoration activities along the Reedy River and Richland Creek.
The general scope of work includes, but is not limited to: surveying, engineering field work, developing construction plans for City review, preparing cost estimates, furnishing and submitting all necessary applications for permits required by local, state and federal authorities, preparing a No Rise Flood Study, preparing detailed construction schedule of values, specifications and contract documents for construction, meetings.
A MANDATORY PRE-SUBMITTAL MEETING WILL BE HELD AT 2:00 PM ON JANUARY 18, 2012 AT THE FIRST FLOOR CONFERENCE ROOM IN CITY HALL, 206 S. MAIN STREET, GREENVILLE, SC.
