The City of Greenville Design Review Board - Neighborhood Panel will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, January 5, 2012 at 5:00 pm in the 3rd floor conference room at City Hall, to consider the following applications:

CA 12-05.  Request of Verne Burkhardt to add a storage building with rooftop deck adjacent to the house located at 100 Overbrook Circle. (Overbrook District)
CA 12-03.  Request of Nathan Kaser to construct a detached garage and renovate the house located at 800 North Main Street (at the corner of East Earle Street). (Col. Elias Earle District)
CA 12-14.  Request of Zeno Hawkins to construct a new house on a lot located on Bennett Street, between Stone Avenue and Earle Street (TMS # 35-6-11).  (Col. Elias Earle District)
Documents relating to these applications are available for review online at greenvillesc.gov and in the Planning & Development Office on the 5th floor of City Hall, 206 S. Main St., Greenville, between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday (City Offices will be closed Friday, December 23, Monday, December 26, 2011, and Monday, January 2, 2012 for holidays).  You may contact the Planning & Development Office at (864) 467-4476 for more information.  You will have the opportunity to voice your comments at the public hearing.  Written comments, emailed to mmcclendon@greenvillesc.gov, must be received no later than the day before the public hearing to be presented to the Board.  Please reference the application number on all correspondence..
