The City of Greenville Design Review Board - Urban Panel will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, January 5, 2012 at 4:00 pm in the 3rd floor conference room at City Hall, to consider the following applications:
CA 11-127. Request of McMillan Pazdan Smith Architecture to modify the previously-approved exterior materials and colors for the building under construction located at the southwest corner of East Washington and Spring Streets.
CA 12-10. Request of McMillan Pazdan Smith Architecture to construct a permanent trellis on the existing roof terrace of the building located at 22A East Court Street.
CA 12-08. Request of Joy Steverson to enclose the roof terrace of the residence located at 18 South Main Street. The terrace faces Laurens Street.
CA 12-11. Request of St. Clair Signs to install two back-lighted wall signs on the building located at 101 East North Street.
