The City of Greenville, SC is requesting SEALED bids for providing JANITORIAL SERVICES at the Municipal Annex located at 426 North Main Street, 2nd floor, Greenville SC 29601. The successful contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, and cleaning supplies necessary to perform these services. The City of Greenville will furnish and maintain a storage area onsite for all paper products, including hand soaps, toilet seat covers, paper towels, toilet tissue and trash can liners.

 

Facility Inspection: - There will be walk thru on January 18, 2012, 2:00 p.m. at the Municipal Annex, 2nd Floor, 426 North Main Street, Greenville SC 29601. (Traffic Court is on the 1st Floor). This will be a onetime event that should be attended by every contractor wishing to submit a bid.
