The Skills Gap Forums postponed due to the threat of Tropical storm Debby have now been rescheduled, and we hope you will join us. Workforce Connection has been collaborating with economic development and education partners throughout Citrus, Levy and Marion counties to identify workforce skills critical to key industry sectors in our region.

Initial forums have been lively and extremely informative. We invite business owners and/or your representatives to participate in one or more of the remaining forums to tell us about gaps between your industry's needs and the qualifications of job applicants and recent graduates. Your input will greatly assist us as we develop strategies and curricula to help close skills gaps. You may attend any and all forums regardless of location. Please RSVP Here
