Pass it on!

"A network starts with family, friends, school chums - anyone you know who has a job and who is in a position to either inform you of an open job or recommend you for a position at his or her company.

But, the genius part is that it can

extend beyond

your immediate circle out to friends of friends of friends; expanding into a ripe grapevine of possibilities."

EMPLOYERS

Dr. Douglas C. Hall is a board certified obstetrics/gynecology specialist who has been practicing medicine for more than 40 years. When his thriving Ocala office
needed general office assistance, his practice manager, Debbie Lisco, was able to fill the doctor's staffing needs within
five days of being referred to Workforce Connection.

Lisco, who posted a job order with Workforce and requested self-service screening of the job candidates, was "extremely pleased" with the result.

One week after Lisco made the hire, she contacted her Workforce recruitment specialist to report that the new staff member was "doing fantastic!"

"She is a quick learner and I am so glad we were lucky enough to get her," Lisco said, adding that, "I will be sure to refer others to your services."

Lisco is now using Workforce Connection for all of Dr. Hall's office recruitment needs, and recently posted another job order for a Medical Assistant.

"Our partnership with Workforce Connection is truly a win-win situation for our practice," Lisco said. Not only are they hiring quality employees through Workforce, but Lisco said the practice has been able to eliminate the traditional costs associated with advertising their open positions.
